The Pantone Color Institute announced the 10 key shades that will make up next season’s color wheel of style.
“Juxtaposition of color from opposite sides of the spectrum emphasizes poise and confidence on the runway. The Fall 2015 palette is rooted in multi-faceted, androgynous colors that can be worn to portray effortless sophistication across men’s and women’s fashion; it is the first time we are seeing a truly unisex color palette. ” – Leatrice EisemanExecutive Director, Pantone Color Institute®
Pre-fall season is in full swing, bringing a sneak peak of what designers may be showing on the fall runways. Thanks to that, we can be one strep ahead and predict the next top trends of the season.
The coat trends this fall are particularly pleasing, and I’m talking about duster coats, woolly robes and cuddly blanket wraps.

Both fine-knit and chunky cable turtlenecks have been spotted everywhere at New York Fashion Week. Personally, I’m in love with Prabal Gurung Collection:oversized turtleneck sweaters over a simple silk skirt – just stunning. And let’s not forget about the contrast between those fur details and the slit skirt.
The most touchable of textiles, is ready to take control over this season. Smooth, soft, and seasonally appropriate, velvet, came in the form of masculine suits and sexy corsetry. I’ve spotted some loose wide-legged trousers at Emilio Pucci, wrap skirts at Lanvin, plunging jumpsuits at Sonia Rykiel and sleek coats at Alexander Wang.
Nili Lotan Collection made everything feel more conformable and sporty this fall. Sweaters are always a strong suit for the designer and she knows how to make them perfect for any outfit. Even Acne and Celine are on board for this new trend: from Gym to Glam!
