Most of my trips are totally unexpected and Brighton is just another memorable travel experience on my journal. Brighton has been called the UK’s happiest city and is the most popular seaside destination for tourists. Last Friday, @kendalwatkinson and I wanted to celebrate a pretty big day, so what a better way to do this than getting away from the everyday library routine and explore a new city. The whole trip was supposed to be a big surprise, but after persisting with my annoying questions, I was finally fully aware of the plans a week in advance.
I was prepared for a full active and exhausting day, so I obviously choose a comfortable sporty chic outfit. In the morning we were already equipped with our backpacks and ready to explore every single hidden street of the city. The day started in such a good note, by missing the train, but this wasn’t enough to cut our excitement. We walked and discovered the true beauty of the city till midnight, without missing any essential spot, such as: the Royal Pavilion, the Brighton Palace Pier, the North Laine, the Brighton Museum & Art Gallery or the British Airways i360.
